iSHOXS ProMount 20 - 40 mm

Of the ProMount was the first CNC machined GoPro mount iSHOXS built in 2011 for filming the KTM racing team at the Dakar Rally..

Hell Rider - the mount for bikes and quads

Curb chain for maximum hold

Some KTM bikes press 80 HP from the single cylinder into the drive pinion. And it's fun to feel the strength, but my GoPro didn't feel so good back then. Hell Rider LS 20-30 mm – Der Actioncam-Mount für Bikes und Quads

Wer Motorrad oder Quad fährt und schon mal versucht hat, eine Actioncam daran zu befestigen, der wird nachvollziehen können, was unser CEO und Chef-Entwickler Hubert Koch über den Hell Rider sagt: „Als ich anfing, für meine KTM einen GoPro-Halter zu bauen, habe ich schnell gemerkt, dass Plastik als Baumaterial meinen Ansprüchen nicht genügen kann, denn es hat bei keinem Versuch gute Ergebnisse gebracht und sah auch nicht gut aus. Und natürlich will man etwas an sein Moped bauen, das auch gut aussieht".

Panzerkette für maximalen Halt

„Manche KTM-Bikes pressen aus dem Einzylinder 80 PS in das Antriebsritzel. Und es macht Spaß, die Kraft zu spüren, aber meine GoPro hat sich damals nicht so wohl gefühlt. Ich musste also auch mehr Kraftschluss und Grip auf den Rahmen und die Standrohre der Vordergabel bringen, und da kam mir die Idee mit der Panzerkette, wodurch der Hell Rider entstanden ist.“

Die einzelnen Kettenglieder und der Verschluss des Hell Rider mit den aufwendig hergestellten Messing-Spannschrauben werden mit iSHOXS-eigenen CNC-Maschinen hergestellt. Zum Schutz von Chrom- und Lack-Oberflächen hat dabei jedes Kettenglied eine Silikoneinlage, die für Schutz und Grip sorgt. Die Kettenglieder sind alle mit Messingbolzen verbunden, die durch einen speziellen O-Ring im Kettenglied gehalten werden.

Hohe Belastbarkeit 

Zum Kürzen oder Verlängern des Panzerbandes werden die Bolzen einfach herausgedrückt und die Kettenglieder entnommen oder hinzugefügt. Bei verschiedenen Tests haben wir den Hell Rider erfolgreich mit mehreren Hundert Kilogramm belastet. Kraftschluss und Festigkeit sind unerreicht. Der Verschluss des Hell Riders hat die bewährte und flexible 3D/360°-Kugelaufnahme und garantiert unbegrenzte Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für GoPro und kompatible Actioncams. Der 3D/360°-Kugelaufnahme-Schacht kann auch für den Anbau anderer iSHOXS-System-Module, wie die Neo-Xtensions, oder die „Small Grap“-Kugel-Extensions verwendet werden.

Aber du bekommst nicht nur den Aufnahme-Schacht. Denn in dieser Ausführung des „Hell Rider“ ist auch ein Swivel-Modul integriert. Mit diesem Aufsatz werden dir unzählige neue Perspektiven bei völliger Verstellbarkeit des Kugelkopfes ermöglicht. Und das gilt selbst unter erschwerten äußeren Bedingungen. Der Kugelkopf aus Aluminium ist komplett um 360 Grad dreh- und schwenkbar und arretiert absolut fest, wenn die CNC-gefräste Flügelschraube angezogen wird.
